I first heard about Brio as we were walking through Town Square making hits. Walking up in my head I knew how this would play out. The chances of them wanting a DJ were slim to none. But I went for it anyways. As I thought no. But I didn’t loose hope, because the head guy wasn’t there yet!
Fast forward some time ahead and Mr. Black Tie lets me know that a gentlemen at Brio wants to meet us. I was like okay cool, but it was the one in Tahiti Village. I’d never been there so I didn’t know what was going on. Once we got there I loved the neighborhood. Though it was far but really pretty. The gentlemen that we were set to meet wasn’t there that day. But the apparently gave instructions to for us to be treated.
Me not knowing exactly what that meant still loved the way it sounded. Lol. Then we were seated. Mr. Black Tie and I made sure that we knew what was going on first. Lol But we then found out that the manager there had invited us to come out and have a plate. I thought that was really cool. I mean, I’ve never been invited by the managers or any for me to just come out and eat. Majority of the restaurants that we go to are for radio, or DJing and things like that. But to be invited to the restaurant and a really nice one at that; That was a really cool moment for me.I had the pleasures of enjoying a grilled salmon with asparagus and sweet potatoes with a sweet glass of wine. And for desert a Crème Brule!
I mean, I was eating foods that I honestly only heard of on movies and T.V. So, it was cool to be living a part of a dream that I have often. Lol Thank you Ed at Brio in Tahiti Village! The food was awesome, the service was outstanding, and we had a really great time sir!also see more food reviews at www.TheCaffeineRadio.com
